Where is your business located?

-Our headquarters are located in Athens, Greece.

Do you sell hyaluron pens?

-Unfortunately, we do not sell hyaluron pens.

Do your products hold a certification? Where are they produced?

-Our products are 100% authentic, having a CE mark and being totally approved by the National Organization of Medicines. The products are produced in South Korea.

Can I buy injectable products if I am not a doctor or cosmetologist?

-Unfortunately the injectable products are available only for professional doctors, cosmetologists, aesthetic centers and legal entities.

I am an individual doctor/cosmetologist, not a company. Can I place an order?

-Yes you can.  The only necessary thing is to send us the certification or diploma of profession practice either by email or by WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram +30 697 369 5558.

Can you send me your wholesale prices for the products?

-Yes we can. Provided that we confirm your professional identity, we can send you the wholesale prices for all the desired products.

Do you have a “Handling Fee”?

-No we do not have any handling fee.

How much does shipping cost?

-Shipping cost will be calculated specifically according to the weight and volume of a package for your desired shipping destination.
A shipping cost will be calculated after your medical documents’ confirmation.

Do you deliver only in countries within European Union?

-We deliver both within European Union and internationally. However some countries may subject the imported goods to customs clearance due to their legislation. This process may sometimes cause delivery delays that are beyond our responsibility.

Do I have to register as user to place an order?

-It is not necessary to register as user to complete an order. In any case you can contact our customer service by email or by WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram +30 697 369 5558 and we will help you with your order.

Is there a minimum order quantity rule?

-No, we do not have a minimum order quantity rule.

Is there a possibility for discount?

-With the order of 5 units of the same product we provide you with a 10% discount.

How can I place an order to your website?
  1. Choose and add all the products you would like to order to the shopping cart
  2. Check the items you added to the cart, and change their quantity or remove any or all of them, if necessary
  3. If you have a promo code, you may enter it in the “Promo Code” section. If not, leave this field empty
  4. Select the shipping method
  5. Fill in all necessary fields and press “Proceed to checkout”
