Shipment & Delivery
Orders throughout Greece are shipped with Geniki Taxydromiki with the cost of 3€ and requires 1-3 working days.
Cash on Delivery is also available with an extra charge of 4€.
Orders within Europe are shipped with the delivery services of DHL and TNT/FedEx:
Economy delivery
From 2-7 working days. The cost is 15€, but it may vary depending on the total weight and your postal code.
Express delivery
From 1-3 working days. The cost is 25€, but it may vary depending on the total weight and your postal code.

via European Bank by using payment in Euro (SEPA).

the service is charged with PayPal’s merchant fee of 3.2%.
Cash on Delivery
with an extra charge of 4€ in the total order
Refund & Return Policy
Your refund will be issued to the original credit card or bank account used for payment of your order. Shipping costs not caused by our mistake are not refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 20 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you need to speed up the process, please contact your bank.
If you would like to return any product, please notify us within 14 days after receiving it. No returns will be accepted after this time period. Please note that products can be returned only under one of the following conditions:
- The product contains manufacturing defects.
- Wrong product has been delivered.
In this case you will be offered either product replacement or 100% refund. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.
