Right of access

-the personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services referred to in Article 8(I) GDPR.
The right to erasure shall not apply to the extent that the processing is necessary:

-to comply with a legal obligation imposed on the controller by Union law or the law of a Member State to which the controller is subject, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller,

-for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing
The data subject shall have the right to demand from the controller the restriction of processing if one of the following applies:
-the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period of time which allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
-the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use,
-the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
-the data subject objects to the processing in accordance with Article 21(1) GDPR, pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Right to data portability
